Introducing Rustler’s new Design&Build service, where unique, bespoke design and interior design solutions are built on the Group’s 90 years of property management experience, making it sustainable, functional and cost-effective. We will design and provide turnkey delivery for the interior of your new office, with centralized management and the support of an expert team.

Interior Design

Our team is led by Petra Haraszti, who brings our clients’ vision to life at the drawing board with her innovative design ideas and years of expertise, providing the creative foundation for our Design&Build service. We create unique and timeless interiors where liveable and feasible design takes centre stage. From the first stroke of the pen to the last coat of paint, right through to turnkey handover, Petra manages projects efficiently, smoothly and cost-effectively with comprehensive oversight, as the point of contact for all questions, needs and requests.

Rustler’s decades of operational and technical expertise and experience, as well as the diverse interior design background of our new division’s director, Petra Haraszti, ensure that client needs are fully met, taking into account the entire life cycle of the office space, while creating inspiring, long-term sustainable interiors, designed with engineered precision.

Property Management Approach

Among other things, our existing business lines taught us how buildings work, what goes on beneath the walls, how the machinery works, and what is needed to make the people inside feel comfortable. This allows us to conceptualize offices that are tailored to the anatomy of the given building – whether the goal is energy efficiency, or the optimisation and appropriate utilisation of spaces. The expertise of our in-house technical team ensures that day-to-day maintenance is carried out smoothly, making sustainability and predictability a priority in the process.

Project Management

Within the framework of comprehensive project management, our Design&Build division – with the assistance of the engineering team responsible for property management – designs and implements complex repairs and modernisation of mechanical, electrical and other systems related to the property, as well as the architectural redesign, conversion or complete renovation of the building.

Virtual Reality

To make visions reality, we call on technology that’s unique on the market – admire your new office in virtual reality with our VR service. With the help of our realistic 3D model, you can personally explore the interior spaces, and even experiment with the colour and texture of furniture, walls and surfaces, as you can experience the results and effects of the changes in real time. As such, our VR service can serve a guide during the design process, helping our clients navigate the options and make informed decisions.
